Ford Puma II (SUV) (2019 – 2025)

Reliability score : 8.0/10

The Ford Puma II marks the return of the legendary nameplate, no longer as a small coupé, but as an urban SUV (B-segment) based on the Fiesta Mk8 platform. 🎯 Verdict

The Ford Puma II is an excellent choice for those looking for a small SUV with dynamic sedan-like handling. Regarding the Diesel version (1.5 EcoBlue 120): it is to be NEGOTIATEd with caution. Although the engine is economical and powerful on the road, it suffers from the typical ailments of modern diesels (AdBlue, DPF) if it doesn't drive enough. Given the rarity of this version and traffic restrictions (ZFE), its purchase is only justified for very high-mileage drivers primarily doing highway driving. For 90% of buyers, the 1.0 Flexifuel E85 or mHEV 125 hp version is an infinitely more relevant, economical, and easy-to-resell choice, provided the service history is scrupulously checked (specific oil mandatory).
